St. Patrick’s Day in Rio

The best option in my opinion is Shenanigans, in Ipanema. Lots of people dressed in green, green beer and lots of Guinness. Lord Jim is also great. Another place I heard that’s great is Lapa Irish Pub, at Lapa. There’s also Mudbug in Copacabana, but I’ve never been there at St. Paddys. Don’t forget to get there earlier than 6pm, some of those places get really packed after working hours. Here is a list of pubs:

If you’ve heard of Irish Pub at Rua Jangadeiros, 14 – Ipanema, forget it. It closed down.
